- Convenient, logical access to major highway infrastructure
- Visibility from major thoroughfares
- Minimum 2.0 acres per property
We also remain interested in acquiring and operating high-quality, well-located assets that meet the following criteria:
- Hilton or Marriott select-service or extended-stay brands
- Potential to convert to one of the aforementioned brands
- Preferably high quality, concrete block construction
- Less than ten years old
- Preference for location in DE, MD, NJ, NY, PA, CT ,and VA
- 100-200 guestrooms
