As a Green Plus™ certified company, High Hotels is committed to a holistic approach to sustainability as defined in The High Companies Sustainability Statement, which holds that people, planet, and PROSPERITY are all equally important and are to be cultivated in equal balance.

 

Our team members are educated about, and encouraged to practice, earth-friendly habits and we invite and encourage our guests to join us in our efforts to be good stewards of the environment and our resources.

High Hotels’ robust focus on the responsible use of resources includes the following: recycling programs; linen and towel reuse; low-flow faucets, shower heads, and toilets; energy-efficient lighting; and donating linens and other items to charities in the communities in which we operate. These conservation programs reduce consumption, and therefore cost, making our hotels the green choice of eco-conscious travelers.

We’re proud to say that our Courtyard by Marriott in Middletown, New York, and our SpringHill Suites in Ewing, New Jersey, have been awarded the ENERGY STAR® as has the High companies Corporate Office building in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, in which High Hotels is headquartered.
