Check in / Check out Information:
Check-in is at 3:00pm; Check-out is at 11:00am. Requests
for check-in prior to 3:00pm cannot be guaranteed, but we will
do our best to accommodate early check-ins as requested and as
rooms become available.
Guarantee / Cancellation Policy:
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. If a reservation is not cancelled, the credit card will be charged. Cancellations can be made up until 4:00pm on the day of arrival unless made during a special event. The terms of the cancellation policy for Special Events will be communicated by the guest service representative upon making the reservation.
Group Room Packages:
Reservations of 10 or more rooms can receive a discounted
rate based upon hotel availability. All group room inquiries can
be directed to our Sales
Coordinator in the Sales Department. Our Sales Coordinator
will make your event a special one.
Bus/Motorcoach Tours:
Reservations of 10 or more rooms can receive a discounted rate
based upon hotel availability. All bus & motorcoach inquiries
can be directed to our Sales
Coordinator in the Sales Dept. Other services offered include:
porterage service, welcome reception and express check-in.
