Ms. Stephanie Reese, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, joined the company in 1994 as the Director of Sales for the Hampton Inn - Lancaster. She was responsible for the sales effort at the hotel until her promotion two years later. At the corporate level she oversees the sales and marketing program for all hotels and supports the individual efforts of sales team members at each property. She has coordinated the pre-opening sales and marketing plan for the Hampton Inn, Homewood Suites, and Hilton Garden Inn brands. Ms. Reese is also responsible for the development of High Hotels’ annual strategic plan.

Ms. Reese began her career in hospitality and sales ten years ago. She has experience promoting several hotel brands in various markets and has managed the sales effort for both limited service and full service properties. Ms. Reese has managed sales departments responsible for promotion to the corporate, group, and motor coach market segments.

Prior to joining High Hotels, Ms. Reese was employed by Guest Incorporated in Warrenton, Virginia. She began as the Director of Sales for a limited service hotel and eventually transferred to a full service hotel in Washington D.C. In addition to carrying out her duties as a sales director, Ms. Reese trained new sales directors, developed the sales and marketing plan for new development and new purchases, and held the position of assistant general manager.

Ms. Reese graduated from Virginia Polytechnic and State University with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management in 1991, and she obtained an MBA from Pennsylvania State University in 1999. She currently holds the position of program director on the board for the association of Sales and Marketing Executives in Lancaster, PA.
