High Hotels Announces Opening of Fourteenth Hotel – SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Mt. Laurel/Cherry Hill, New Jersey

Lancaster, PA (June 26, 2017) – High Hotels Ltd. announced today the opening of the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. The 135-suite hotel, located at 5000 Midlantic Drive, will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by High Hotels Ltd of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Mt. Laurel is located just 25 miles from Philadelphia International Airport, and 25 minutes from Center City Philadelphia. The hotel is the latest addition to the Laurel Corporate Center, which is home to more than 876,000 square feet of Class-A office space. Four new restaurants will also share the new hotel site, conveniently accessed by exit 40 of I-295 at NJ State Route 38. This SpringHill Suites offers guests convenient access to the Camden Waterfront, the U.S.S. New Jersey and the BB&T Pavilion.

High Hotels Opens 120-suite TownePlace Suites by Marriott Mechanicsburg

Designed for extended-stay guests, the hotel is located in the Rossmoyne Business Center with two adjacent High HOTELS properties

Mechanicsburg, PA October 28—Lancaster, Pa.-based High HOTELS Ltd. will open its 13th hotel, a TownePlace Suites by Marriott, on October 30th in the Rossmoyne Business Center on Harrisburg’s West Shore. High HOTELS Ltd. Acquires Hampton Inn Lexington Park, Maryland

January 2012 marked the addition of High HOTELS’ twelfth property, the 111-room Hampton Inn HOTEL located at 22211 Three Notch Road in Lexington Park, Maryland. High Hotels Ltd. Completes Renovation of HAMPTON INN MIDDLETOWN, New York

In April 2012, High Hotels completed a half-million-dollar renovation of the 129-room Hampton Inn HOTEL located at 20 Crystal Run Crossing in Middletown, NY. The hotel now features the Hampton brand’s new contemporary Perfect Mix Lobby concept designed to provide travelers with a comfortable space to work, relax, or socialize while on the road.

As part of the renovation, improvements were made to all common areas of the hotel including a complete redesign of the lobby, breakfast area, business center, fitness room, and front desk.
